This website has been put together by Pete Stapleton a local surfer, amateur photographer specialising in black and white photographs.
I have added three new catagories to display other aspects of my photographic work they are Goaldcoast Oceanfest, Motorsport and Weddings.
The content of this website is a guide only. Be sensible and remember, only enter the water if you are sure you understand the local surf and tide conditions.
SURF SAFELY
Surfotos is a website dedicated to the great surfing beaches on the North Devon coast. It includes local information and the type of surfing possible at these popular North Devon surfing beaches; Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay, Putsborough Sands, Woolacombe Beach, Crow Point, Bucks Mills, Lynmouth, Barricane Beach, Down End Point, Westward Ho! and Speke's Mills.
The website includes many signed black and white North Devon surfing photographs taken by me at these great local surf spots. Photographs can be purchased if required (see purchase details page).
I have also put together a brief history of surfing, understanding surfing terminology and local beach information.
